It will take you about 15 to 20 minutes to assemble. All hardware and easy-to-follow instructions are included. All painted items are primed with an exterior oil based stain blocker and then coated with two coats of semi-gloss exterior acrylic paint. Stained finished items are treated with a base of sanding sealer and two coats of stain and a satin UV polyurethane.
